⬆At first glance, you can tell that this is going to be a classic steakhouse restaurant.

As soon as entering, you would be stunned by the luxurious ambient.

From the carefully placed marble table all the way to the red wine glasses on the table, you can feel the ingenuity and sincere.

⭐⭐⭐10oz USDA Prime Flank Steak $760(≈USD 25.8)

As a steak lover, me and my friend were going to share a【25oz 28 Days Bone-In Dry Aged Ribeye Steak 】
However, my friend had ate a bit already.

So, I ordered 【10oz Prime Flank Steak】 (Above pic as medium-rare)
But where is Flank located?

In fact, it refers to a piece of flat meat at the end of the belly of the cow, also known as the flank steak, which belongs to the thinner part.

As soon as the steak arrived, I was struck by the pink and tender cuts, quickly snapping a photo before diving in.

And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The taste was incredibly soft and tender, with a rich, meaty flavor that still maintained the original taste of the cow.

⭐⭐⭐Crispy Boneless Half Chicken $340

The worst thing about eating chicken is having a Chewy chicken (like chicken soup that has been boiled for a long time)

But the roasted half-chicken of this house does not have this problem. The skin is a little dry, but the inner layer is juicy and tender.

⭐⭐Tomahawk Pork Chop(limited) $540

The part of the tomahawk pork chop is divided into the part with the bone and the part without the bone, a little less heroic but a little more elegant

Because it is marinated in spice salt and sugar water for 3 hours, it is full of fragrant when you bite in.

⭐Truffle Fries $230

The French fries are made from a whole potato and typically served with a special truffle sauce.

(Unfortunately, I was so busy enjoying other dishes that I completely forgot to include the truffle sauce in the photo 🙇‍♂️)

⭐Fried Onion Rings $230

The onion rings were mediocre – not crispy enough and a bit greasy. However, the sauce that came with it was a redeeming factor – tangy and flavorful.

Conclusion

LE SAGE Steak House is conveniently located near Shida University, making it easily accessible.

You can eat French steak dishes at a relatively low price, whether it is chicken, pig or beef, it is above the level 🧡

The stylish and elegant atmosphere in the store is suitable for dates, birthdays, and dinner parties!

If visiting again next time, I should order the [25oz 28-day bone-in-aged steak] which I didn’t this time! ! !
