Dining experience

Environment

The restaurant is actually quite inconspicuous; I found it by following the address at that time.

The overall restaurant isn’t very large, and there’s even a small section (a photo blind spot) inside. There are approximately 15 to 20 seats in total.

They offer self-service corn soup, and what’s interesting is that it’s served in coffee mugs.

They also provide self-service lemon black tea/lemon water.

Menu

You can see that the prices are very affordable, ranging from about 200 to 300 NT dollars. Moreover, there are some impressive dishes, such as soft-shell crab, grilled squid, and even ribeye steak…

Dishes

⭐⭐⭐Soft-Shell Crab Italian Pasta $280 (with an additional charge of $30)

Exactly!! A whole soft-shell crab!!

Taking another perspective, you can see that the portion after the additional charge is definitely substantial, ensuring a satisfying meal~

The taste is quite good, leaning towards a stir-fry style with the addition of some chili, mushrooms, and garlic slices.

⭐⭐⭐ Onsen Tamago Bacon Carbonara Pasta $220

The onsen tamago, when cut open, has a slightly solid texture, not as runny as imagined, haha~

This dish is quite standard, and there shouldn’t be any complaints about the creamy white sauce.

This time, I didn’t order an additional portion, but you can see that the serving size is still quite decent.

Conclusion

I believe that if you see me revisiting within a week, you’ll know that I definitely give it a highly positive review.

Firstly, the environment is quite clean, and it’s not crowded, allowing for a very elegant dining experience~

As for the food, the soft-shell crab really captured my heart!!

My love for soft-shell crab is not a recent thing; I even went specifically to eat it at Katsumasa – Fried Pork Chop x Softshell Crab – Zyrastory – Code & Food Research Center before.
