Taking the MRT to Zhongxiao Dunhua Station, you’ll want to use Exit 1. Once you exit from Exit 1, you’ll find the restaurant right there. Go up the stairs to the second floor, and you’ll find the hotpot place right across from you.
Dining experience
On that day, we started taking our queue number around 19:40. Since it was not possible to make a reservation over the phone due to a large number of customers, we had to go to the restaurant in person.
We waited for nearly an hour as there were approximately 5 groups ahead of us before we could be seated. This really reflects how popular the restaurant is!
⭐⭐ Big Satisfaction: 20 Pieces of Pan-Fried Dumplings TWD$168
Of course, when you visit a dumpling restaurant, you’ve got to start with dumplings! The filling of these dumplings is made with cabbage and pork. The taste is good, but it’s just that.
Interestingly, it was the only dumpling dish we ordered~
⭐⭐⭐⭐ House Special Chicken Shredded Noodles (Spicy Sesame Flavor🌶️) TWD$120
Gaining unanimous praise from accompanying friends, it’s both numbing and non-spicy.
(And don’t ask me for my thoughts; I can’t handle spicy at all, not even a little bit, I just took a couple of sniffs.)
⭐Zhongli Salted Pork TWD$150
They also served it with white vinegar and minced garlic, although I didn’t manage to capture it in the photos.
The taste was really good.

Very juicy and full of flavor, it’s the perfect companion for drinks with just one bite!
⭐Assorted Braised Dishes TWD$180
Everything was decent, but I felt like we could have skipped it, haha. Couldn’t find a compelling reason to order it.
⭐⭐⭐ Hot Burdock Tea TWD$120
The best choice if you don’t drink alcohol, have a cup of tea to cleanse the palate and refresh from the oiliness.
Kavalan 40% Whiskey TWD$180
Leaving aside everything else, when you get a glass of whiskey filled up like this for $180, you can be sure they mean business!
Conclusion
The food was really delicious, especially the skewers, which were of a high standard. However, the prices weren’t exactly cheap, and if you want to eat your fill, it might cost you a bit.
(We were a good example of that this time. Ordering more dumplings might have been a more budget-friendly option…)
But the drink prices were relatively reasonable, making it a great place for some post-meal relaxation. (Around 22:00, there were already several empty tables available for immediate seating.)
